Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping

We ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Oversized products in particular may require special arrangements for international shipping. Due to dealer restrictions, we are unable to ship Gretsch guitars overseas at this time. If you have any questions about our international shipping policies, please contact us.

 

We do not accept shipping orders for amps at this time. Amps are available for in-store pickup only.

 

Your shipping address MUST match the address that is registered and on file with your credit card company (your billing address). If it is absolutely necessary to have an item shipped to an address that is different from your billing address, contact us BY PHONE to obtain prior approval. Sorry, e-mail requests will not be considered.

 

Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

A word about First Class International:

 

In order to provide our international customers with a lower cost shipping option, we have decided to offer First Class International. If you choose this option, please allow extra time for your item to arrive! First Class International can take a really long time! If you don't want to wait for your item, we recommend Priority International.

 

Some small items can be shipped Priority International in a Flat Rate Box.  If you want your item shipped this way, contact us and we'll see if that will work in your case. Flat Rate Boxes start at $16.95.

 

Returns Policy

We accept authorized returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

To return an item, log in to your account and view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the Return Item(s) button to request a return authorization number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you don't have an account, contact us to discuss your return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
